Rintama High Map and NPCs Guide

Hokuheki City is the stage for Rintama High. Without the phone map and a shortlist of useful NPCs, new players burn minutes walking in circles. This guide highlights places and characters worth your first sessions.

How to use the phone map

Open the phone, launch the map app, and pin school, commercial streets, and job clusters. Travel by skateboard. Recheck the map after every long hop because districts share similar alley aesthetics. Pair navigation with getting started.

Priority locations

Place or NPCWhy it matters
Main high school campusRoleplay hub, early NPCs, student/teacher vibes
Connecting districts (e.g. Horiguchi routes)Bridge paths toward style vendors
Vendor district (Shofukucho / Shakucho)Fighting style NPC territory
Kamasaki YuriBuy or switch Rush, Beast, Brawler
Masahiko “Kenzaki” ToriPotential check
Old Man Aizawa’s StoreConsumables like tea, lollipop, notebook

Names can vary slightly across community writeups; trust in-game labels when they differ.

NPC conversation strategy

Talk to everyone once near campus. Flavor NPCs exist, but service NPCs unlock systems. When dialogue mentions jobs, styles, or Potential, mark that location on your mental map. Return routes are covered in fighting styles.

Jobs and shops on the route

Plan a loop that hits a job cluster and Aizawa’s store after you redeem codes. Yen routing details sit in farm Yen. Do not cross town for a 120 Yen snack until you have surplus.

PvP geography

Fights often happen outside school gates and in city streets. Keep Passive Mode on while learning routes. When you are ready, follow combat controls before flipping the switch in contested zones.

Exploration goals for session two

  1. Skate school → bridge → vendor without pausing every block.
  2. Complete Potential check.
  3. Buy or note style prices.
  4. Finish one job loop.
  5. Screenshot landmarks for your OC lore.

Community Discord maps and fan sketches appear via wiki links. Official patches may move props — verify live. This page stays focused on the useful early loop so exploration feels purposeful instead of lost.

Landmark memory tricks

Name bridges yourself: “red rail bridge,” “konbini corner,” “tunnel mouth.” Personal labels stick better than romanized district arguments between guides. Teach those labels to friends so meetups happen faster than coordinate dumps.

Job cluster scouting

On a quiet morning server, skate with the map open and drop mental pins where job prompts appear. Write three pins into a note app. Those pins become your Yen farming triangle. Update the note when updates reshuffle world props.

Escorting new players

If you mentor someone, run school → bridge → vendor once silently behind them, then once with voice tips. Send them fighting styles afterward so they can repeat solo. Do not skip getting started just because you already know the phone UI.

Danger zones

Some alleys are PvP magnets. Mark them as “Passive Mode required” for roleplay walks. Fighters can mark the same alleys as warm-up zones after controls practice. Geography is social — etiquette tips live on roles.
